The smart building that even knows the best spot to park

Erik Ubels, former CIO of Deloitte Netherlands and currently the product and innovation director of project developer OVG in Amsterdam, delivered the keynote speech at the Smart Building Conference  at ISE 2016 (Integrated Systems Events in Amsterdam). He gave an insight in the thinking behind the newly opened The Edge, Deloitte’s Amsterdam Headquarters. This is considered the ‘the world smartest building’ by Bloomberg and scored 98.4 on the BREEAM scale, the highest record score so far.
